Privacy and Rooms

  • Detached with a private patio
  • Large, south-facing garden, partially enclosed and not overlooked
  • Parking for 2/3 cars
  • 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, and 1 bunk bed (more suitable for children but also used by adults)
  • Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels)
  • 2 bathrooms: 1 large and 1 en-suite to the bunk room
  • Well-equipped kitchen with an AGA, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer plus other modern conveniences
  • Large mezzanine lounge/dining area with leather sofas and a large dining table

Heating, Water, and Entertainment

  • Wood-burner with the first basket of logs free
  • Heating from the AGA and central heating with self-control
  • Underfloor heating in both bathrooms
  • 2 showers: 1 mains and 1 electric, plus 1 full-size bath
  • 2 toilets connected to septic tank, not mains
  • Free wireless broadband throughout the Chapel (150MB)
  • Digital television in the lounge and additional flat-screen TVs in two bedrooms
  • DVD, CD/MP3 player/radio (bring your own DVDs and CDs)
  • Hairdryer, ironing board, and washing machine

Children and Other Amenities

  • Travel-cot and high-chair available upon request (please bring your own bed linen for the travel cot)
  • Day 1 essentials provided: tea, coffee, milk, sugar, hand soap, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, and a few extras
  • Pets possible, please enquire (and see our "Dogs" page)
  • Strictly no smoking and no candles in the Chapel due to our fire safety policy
  • We are on a quiet path but do have occasional car and tractor noise
  • Insects may be present in the summer, but we have repelling measures in place

  • Due to fire-risk we do not allow BBQ equipment on the premises
  • We are not able to cater for hot-tubs
